Moose Dance Cottage

In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave oven and dishwasher, Moose Dance has a dining area, living room, two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed) and a full bath on the first floor. The second floor has a large loft bedroom with two twin beds and a half bath. This cottage also has a full basement with a washer/dryer, Direct TV and internet. Moose Dance will comfortably sleep six.

Loon Song Cottage

Loon Song has a living room with a cozy gas fireplace, Direct TV/internet, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom #1 (1 full bed), bedroom #2 (bunk beds) with laundry and full bath on the first floor. The second floor loft with ladder access has two twin beds with sky lit views. Loon Song will comfortably sleep six.

Rental Information/Larger Groups

Both cottages have generous parking areas and share over 1000' of water frontage including a small picnic island, dock and swim area. The unique setting of these two cottages is perfect for larger groups. Rented together (sleep up to twelve), you can take full advantage of the spaciousness and privacy our four acre site has to offer. So that we can provide you with the highest level of service, our rate and reservation inquiries are handled by the friendly and very competent folks at Vacasa Vacation Rentals.

Directions to Lily Bay Cottages

Loon Song: 6 North Bay Rd. Lily Bay Twp, ME 04441
Moose Dance: 14 North Bay Rd. Lily Bay Twp, ME 04441

From Boston (4 1/2-5 hours): Take I-95 North to the Newport exit. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 7 North. Follow signs for route 7 North to Dexter. In Dexter turn left onto Route 23 North (sign will say "Moosehead Lake Region") and travel north to Guilford. In Guilford center turn right and continue on Route 6 and 15 North to Greenville.

From Bangor (1 1/2 - 2 hours): Take Route 15 North and it will turn into Route 6 and 15. Follow Route 6 and 15 North to Greenville.

From Greenville center, at the blinking light, proceed straight on Lily Bay Road north for approximately 12 miles. Look for sign "Lily Bay North Side Assoc." on the left and turn left onto North Bay Road. The first driveway on the left leads to Loon Song Cottage, the second driveway on the left leads to Moose Dance Cottage.
